Book Talk…3/2/18

Traci Kenworth

Nothing this week. I’m reading: My Wish is Your Command by Donna Kauffman, Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor, How to Print Your Novel in CreateSpace by A.C. Flory, Jewel in the Mud by Harmony Kent, Blood Moon: the story of the Cherokee by John Sedgewick, The Crooked Staircase by Dean Koontz, Eight Simple Rules for Dating a Dragon by Kerrylon Sparks, and Fairies Hidden History by Paul Andruss (which actually may end up giving me some very useful information toward HA). I still also am technically reading Strange Weather by Joe Hill but my loan ended and I’m waiting in line again to finish the last story in the book. I’m also technically still reading Sleeping Beauties by Stephen and Owen King as well. Another Overdrive loan which I’m waiting for in queue again.

I know it seems like I read a LOT and I do, admittedly, but some books I only get to when I’m at a dr.’s apt or before bed and others I read more regularly in a rotation of my Adobe Digital Editions and my Kindle. That’s how I can finish some that I just mention more recently before others I have been reading a while. It’s harder with the Overdrive loans as I only get them for two weeks and when you manage a chapter a reading, it’s hard to finish them on time. Although with Strange Weather, I’ve been reading a couple hours each time I read but only three days out of the weeks, so…

Oh, almost forgot: there’s also that YA anthology, lol.
