“We are in a constant form of moving from one situation and circumstance to the next; it’s kind of hard to avoid.  But, we must remember to try to keep the mind calm during these times of going and going.  We also need to remember that when our lives are uneventful to continue practicing mindfulness and staying in the present.  Don’t dwell on the past, it’s done with; don’t plan too far in the future because you’ll only end up getting frustrated.  Just chill out, breathe, and calmly handle what is taking place at the moment.
