I love to bake. I enjoy making cakes and I particularly love decorating them. You might say this is one of the passions that dominate my life. Recently, I have been spending my fondant and baking time making the 50 hibiscus flowers for the four tiered cake I am planning for my mom’s 80th birthday part in October. I have made 30 to day and plan to make 10 orange flowers tomorrow. To date I have made the yellow, red and pink. Next weekend I will make the mauve flowers and they will be finished and ready to use after a week of drying out.
