There are no words for the highly disturbing reality checks in this podcast! Laughter while being educated makes the lesson stick, but enjoyment wasn’t possible in this session. A while back I decided, based on rug burns, that premarital sex wasn’t healthy for my mind or heart, but wasn’t aware that there was a name for it.  When sex is involved, especially too soon into the relationship, red flags that should be seen as stop signs, are ignored. We internally sense the need to proceed with caution or turn back completely, but the bond has already been created (by various actions) and we bulldoze through the warnings. Right into an extended season of butthurt.
