Writerly Things…5/20/19 Re-evaluating Things
Traci Kenworth
So, I had my third and hopefully final surgery for the year Thurs. I had a big scare with events after the surgery but I’m on meds now and doing better. I will be slowly working my way back to blogging. I’ve tried to do what I could this year while going through the surgeries. I am a bit exhausted but taking a fifteen-to-twenty-minute nap sometimes, helps. In the midst of everything, my bipolar doctor informed me that my heartrate and pulse are really fast. I had a heart monitor on me that lasted three days before it fell off. I mailed it back like they said to. I haven’t been in to see my family dr. yet, that’ll be next month. My bipolar dr. switched my meds to one that’s supposed to not increase the heartrate and pulse.
My editor contacted me last week and said she needed another week on my partial as her husband is running for office. I agreed. I really don’t mind with all that is going or has been going on. I’m ready for things to settle down and get back to normal. Unfortunately, my septic needs repairs scheduled for Wed., so that’ll be another crisis and stress-inducer for me. We do what we can. God will get us through.
Hope you have a great week, take care, and God bless!
