“Why” she shouted, ” did you come home with a bouquet of flowers? You never bring me flowers. Look at you you look incredibly sheepish. Don’t give me that lame excuse it was Valentine’s Day , a few days ago. You never buy me anything for Valentine’s Day either. In fact you treat me rather shabbily! So , she shouted again why the flowers?

He stepped back and grinned, “t because they were on special offer.” She burst out laughing , “Ah! That’s more like you, I do love you , you hopeless case” Throwing her arms around him they kissed. She never saw his fingers crossed behind his back !
